Agreement to Terms

By registering an account, accessing the 777ad platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 777ad. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and refrain from registering an account.

777ad reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to remain informed of any modifications. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered players or through prominent notification on the platform.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account and use 777ad services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. Failure to meet these requirements constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. 777ad strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification to verify your age at any time.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Each player is permitted one (1) account only. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or using another person's account is prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Notify 777ad immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

• Currency conversion (if applicable) is processed at 777ad's prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. Exchange rates are subject to change without notice and may differ from rates offered by banks or other financial institutions.

Withdrawals and Payouts

777ad processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification, wagering requirements, and these terms. The following policies govern withdrawal requests.

Before your first withdrawal, 777ad requires identity verification. You must submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete. Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting requirements results in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

• Casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are final and cannot be disputed once settled. Live casino games are governed by dealer decisions and video evidence.
• Irregular betting patterns, arbitrage betting, use of automated betting software, or collusion with other players is prohibited and will result in voiding of bets, confiscation of winnings, and account closure.

• In no event shall 777ad's total liability to you exceed the amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 777ad, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the platform, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, 777ad's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination and Account Closure

777ad reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for account closure may include but are not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, underage gambling, or engaging in prohibited activities. Upon termination, all pending bets will be settled, and your account balance (excluding forfeited bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any required verification procedures.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within seven (7) business days. You remain responsible for all activity on your account until closure is confirmed. Accounts closed due to responsible gaming concerns may be subject to permanent exclusion and cannot be reopened.
